Remembering God’s Promises | Morning Briefing | Ep. 256
On this Thursday’s episode of Morning Briefing, we want to remember all the promises of the Lord and the need for ‘identificational repentance’ for comments and actions made by leaders. In the news, we have learned of the reports out of Israel that 95% of the vote has been counted. Netenyahu is still in the lead. Reports are that Netenyahu will work quickly to form a coalition and establish his cabinet as PM of Israel. We also see the Fed raised interest rates for the 4th meeting in a row. We want to repent for Pres. Biden’s comments last night to divide and attack half of the country because they have a difference of opinion than he does. Closing, we have several Golden Court Cases to follow in the days ahead.
Join us as we break down the news of the day to stay focused on our prayer points. #checkouremotionsatthedoor #wehavesoulstosave
Verse of the Day: 2 Kings 22:11
11 When the king heard the words of the book of the law, he tore his clothes.
Intercession Points for 11/3:
- “Even though the Bible does not record that Josiah was personally involved in disobedience to the Lord, he humbled himself and repented for the actions of his forefathers. Today, we would call this “identificational repentance.” Like Josiah, humble yourself and repent for personal and corporate actions contrary to God’s plan..” The Future War of the Church, by Chuck D. Pierce and Rebecca Wagner Sytsema
- Repent for divisive comments made by President Biden. Intercede for voters to be able to discern clearly ahead of the midterms and to vote based upon Biblical Moral Values.
- Intercede for the Golden Court Case, Axon v. FTC, to re-establish the balance of powers our forefathers established in the Constitution to prevent government overreach.
